Lemonade Cleanse

Lemons have ascorbic properties, which makes lemons excellent antioxidants. This recipe is a complete no-fuss and allows you to work with just 4 ingredients:

Mix 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup with 8 ounces of Beloka sparkling mineral water. Lace it with a hint of cayenne pepper and there you are. To garnish, add freshly chopped mint leaves or decorate with a lemon wedge.

Veggie detox drink

This one is a fine blend of primarily green vegetables, and is nothing but healthy. Oh, and like they all say—let’s go green!

Here is what you would need:

  • 3 carrots
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 beets
  • 1 turnip
  • ½ bunch of spinach
  • ½ cabbage
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • ½ onion
  • 2 garlic cloves

The procedure is simple: chop, add Beloka mineral water and blend into fine puree. To retain all nutrients, do not strain.

Dandelion tea

Dandelion tea, a great source of Vitamin A, Potassium, Iron and Calcium, works to eliminate body toxins through your liver and kidneys. The recipe calls to infuse 1 dandelion root tea bag with 60 oz of distilled water. Seduce with a dash of pure cranberry juice.

Fruit detox drink

You all know: fruits are high in fiber, and are great sources of essential Vitamins and Minerals. What you must not know: they make an excellent detox drink! In a blender, add:

  • 8 oz. of orange juice
  • 4 oz. of Beloka mineral water
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ inch slice of ginger
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon flax oil
  • 1 tablespoon lecithin granules
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of protein powder

Orange and Ginger smoothie

If too much indulgence has got you down, we have this perfect detox smoothie for you. Blend 1 peeled banana, 1/2 cup mango slices and 1/4 cup orange juice with 1/4 cup water and about 4–5 cubes of ice and a dash of sparkling water.

Don’t forget to spruce up the concoction with 1/4 inch ginger that has been peeled and minced. It is believed, ginger fires up the body’s natural detox system.
