Beloka Water offers free shipping within Australia for orders of 6 cartons or more (except TAS & WA).
Deliveries can not be made on weekends and public holidays. We use courier services for deliveries within Australia. We suggest that you have your order delivered to an address where someone will be available during business hours. If possible, our couriers will try and get a signature for the delivery of your order.
Our couriers are authorised to leave the goods in a safe location if nobody is available to receive the goods. If nobody is available when goods are delivered then they will be left in a safe place at your premises (e.g. near your front door or hidden behind a bin) and then the couriers might leave a card under your door telling you where the goods are.
A delivery location is deemed unsafe if:
If a safe location cannot be found, then the courier will contact you by phone to attempt delivery next business day.
Please note any specific delivery requirements in the ‘Order notes’ field on our Checkout page. If you have a safe place you would like us to leave the goods, then please specify when checking out. Delivery instructions cannot be specific delivery times. Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
Delivery Times (estimates only):
Sydney Metro – 1 to 3 working days
Melbourne and Brisbane Metro – 1 to 4 working days
Other Metro areas and Rural areas – 4 to 14 working days
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Delivery time will be dependent on the individual delivery driver’s schedule and your delivery address.
If we are unable to dispatch your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and in any case within 5 business days.
We are unable to send small orders to international addresses. However if you are interested in stocking Beloka Water, or would like more information regarding wholesale pricing, then please contact us and one of our Senior Account Managers will get back to you.
