What sets Beloka Water apart from other mineral waters on the market is its purity, its rich mineral content and its 100% Australian origins — from sourcing to bottling. Unlike other mineral water brands, we are meticulous about maintaining quality, every step of the way. Whether you’re drinking, serving or selling still or sparkling Beloka Water, you can rest assured that you’re dealing with some of the best water in the world. Here, we take an in-depth look at why.
Officially classed as superior
It’s not only us who think that Beloka Water is a cut above. There’s proof in the fact that Beloka is a member of the Fine Water Society, a global organisation that exclusively accepts pure, nutrient-rich waters into its membership body. Entry, which is coveted by mineral water brands worldwide, is only possible through nomination or invitation.
Furthermore, in 2017, at the Fine Water Society’s International Fine Water Tasting Competition, held in Guangzhou, China, Beloka won gold in the sparkling water category. This meant that it beat 104 outstanding water brands from all over the planet, including much-lauded Italian ones. The competition was judged by a five-strong panel of leading water experts, who praised Beloka’s purity, taste and exceedingly high level of nutrients and minerals.
Pure and packed with nutrients
The key to Beloka Water’s premium quality is not so much about what we do to it, but what we don’t. After all, nature has done the job for us. Every drop is bottled at the source, from a pristine underground aquifer, in the Snowy Mountains, New South Wales, where it has spent 500 million years filtering through geological strata. We’ve set up our bottling equipment right near there, so as to keep interference to a minimum.
At the source, we put the water directly into glass bottles. There’s no mucking around and definitely no need for any additives or chemicals whatsoever. The water is completely pure, clean, safe and packed with nutrients and minerals, including silica, sodium, magnesium, calcium and chloride. All in all, the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) add up to 587. These solids are essential to numerous aspects of health, including energy levels, hair and nail growth, metabolic processes, brain function and more.
All Australian
Absolutely everything about Beloka Water is Australian. That includes, not only the water itself, but also the packaging. The glass bottles, the caps and the labels are 100% homegrown. Plus, they’re partly recycled, to minimise waste and environmental impact. When you invest in Beloka Water, you can have peace of mind, knowing that you’re reducing air miles and supporting local businesses. We don’t see any point in importing packaging when everything we need is right here in our backyard. In fact, we find it surprising that Italian mineral waters, which have to travel so far to reach Australia, are still so popular.
The water of choice for leading restaurants
On top of enjoying membership of the Fine Water Society, Beloka is stocked and sold by some of Australia’s leading chefs and restaurants. Among them are celebrity chef Luke Mangan, who sells Beloka Water under a private label, as well as Candelori’s Restaurant and St Drogo’s Cafe. Whether you’re looking for a water to match a fine dining degustation or simply want to offer customers the best Australian products you can get your hands on, Beloka is the number one choice.
If you’re reading this because you’re a chef, restaurateur or distributor, we’d be happy to chat with you about partnership possibilities.
